Mr. Ego Isn't Invited

A couple of points to note before I jump into the work. All weight is per hand unless otherwise noted. This is the same basic dumbbell complex as the other nights with the following changes: increased reps, switched db deads for front squats. Now that's out of the way, here's what got done:

DB RDL:
15lb x10

BENT ROWS:
15lb x10

ALTERNATING FRONT LUNGE:
15lb x10

CURL/STRICT PRESS:
15lb x10

FRONT SQUATS:
(weights on shoulders)
15lb x10

5 Rounds Completed.

Frank increased his weights to but also thought he could do increased reps. It just isn't happening at this point in the game for us. We both need to realize that we are literally starting as beginners. I know eventually, we'll get back to where we were and probably in fairly decent time. But right now, light weights, baby.
As far as my knees go, they feel OK while doing the movements. There're a few pains if I try to go too deep so I avoid it and stay above 90°. Something else I have to be aware of is the weight absolutely has to be on my heels. Any stress going through my toes and my knees will scream. That's regardless of the weight. Even if I'm squatted down putting pans away in the cabinet, if I try to get back up by pushing through my toes, it's going to end in pain. So, I guess at least this forces me to keep proper form (there's always a positive)!
