A Leg To Stand On 07/21/15

5 Sets:
100lb DB Deadlift 15x, Push Ups 15x, Box Jumps (2 cement blocks high) 15x
3 Sets:
Goblet Squat 10x, Step Ups ( 2 cement blocks ) 5x ea leg; 35lb, 45lb, 50lb
Hanging Knee Raises 15x 3
Because the doors are so short in my house, I have to keep my legs bent to do the hanging knee raises. This means I end up feeling it as much in my upper thighs as my core. Oh well, extra work for my flabby thighs. Lol maybe there's a way I can attach my door frame bar to one of the rafters in the garage. I may have to pull out my hardware knowledge and fabricate something. ;)
Conditions: sunny, low 90's. Nice breeze, and I had a fan.
Food: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 toast, coffee, belvita biscuits, homemade iced tea, water, yogurt w/fresh strawberries, pb&j, apple. 1/2 gal of water during session.
