Did 5 sets. The band pulls are done with it squeezed in between the thumb and forefinger.
Leg circles 20 in ea direction, Leg lifts 10x
Did 3 sets
Bird dogs 1 minute hold on ea side
Conditions: sun/clouds 93° with a nice breeze
Food: apple, coffee, belvita biscuits, cherries, salad (kale, tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, 1 can solid white tuna), Hershey bar, water, homemade iced tea.
I heard a lot of voices pushing me through tonight. I heard Chuck's voice telling me to push, I heard Justin's voice telling me to get that weight up, I heard my brother's voice saying come on Mich, you can do it and I heard my own voice. I heard that little voice inside saying we can do this. And so we did. :)
