In my defense, there's been a lapse of "structured" routines. But that's only because I've been chopping wood and the like. Lmao
This routine is called "The Coyote" (I don't know why, so don't ask)
35lb. Kettlebell swings x 15
35lb. Goblet squats x 5
Pushups x 3
Do that crap 20 times and call it a night
Total of 300 swings, 100 squats, 60 pushups
