146' Lap:
100 lb. Bag, 1 lap
70 lb. Bag, 3 laps
Double clean (70 lb. Total), 3 laps
5 squats, 1/2 lap; 5 squats, 1/2 lap back 70 lb. Bag
25 speed squats (body weight)
179' Circuit Lap:
70 lb. Farmer's walk, 3 laps
Shoulder carry 70lb. Bag, 2 laps (one on ea. Shoulder)
I did all the above twice EXCEPT for the 100lb. Bag carry.
Total time 35 minutes
