My warm up was setting up those feckin saw horses, good gods! Lol
Anderson Squats:
Bar 10x

120lb 5x
125lb 5x
135lb 5x
125lb 2x
120lb 2x
115lb 2x
95lb 5x
Bar 10x

Bar Medley:
Front squat, overhead press, curl, RDL, row
Ladder 1-5, don't drop the bar
And that's all I had in me. I'm surprised I even got that in to ight, I'm so tired. I just don't like skipping a day.
