I'm HOT..No, Really 07/14/15

DB Deadlift 100lb(total) 10x, DB Floor Press 35lb 10x, KB Vertical Swing 35lb 10x, DB RDL 100lb (total) 10x, Ball Slam 20lb 10x
Did 5 sets of all that nonsense. My right shoulder started giving out on me during the 4th set of presses, but I managed to finish all sets. I switched back to standard swings on the 4th and 5th sets though to give my shoulder a bit of a break.
Overall, happy with tonight. This heat is killing me though. I had to train in the garage because of showers and it's about 90° in here. Got a lovely sweat going. I should've just stayed out in the rain. Lol
