Tonight was just..ugh
DB Deadlifts 100lb, Floor Press 35lb, Dbl KB Front Squat 70lb (total) Dbl DB Rows 100lb (total), Ball Raises 20lb
SET 1:
15x, 5x :( , 10x, 10x, 25x
SET 2:
15x, 10x, 8x, 10x, 25x
SET 3:
15x, 10x, 5x2, 10x, 25x
3 sets was all I managed of that stuff.
Leg circles 20x ea direction, Leg lifts 10x
3 sets of that. The leg circles are done with hands in the air...no cheating lol
Then I did some bird dogs 10 second hold, 3 on ea side.
I was wiped and to I get that's all I had in me. I know it sounds crazy but I still am afraid of pushing on the squats. It's pissing me off.
Temp: high 80's to 90° here in the garage.
Food: oatmeal with raisins & blueberries, coffee, 32 oz homemade iced tea, half gallon water, banana, Italian sub (small) side salad, yogurt with berries. Dinner is a pork chop with kale and taters.
