I had planned on some squat / Box jump combos but my knee just wasn't having it and I want to be able to squat tomorrow. I also tried some zercher squat / morning combos, but the movement felt awkward. So the workout kind of fell apart. I'm still pleased though because I made another PR. 215, 10lbs over last week, I believe it was. :)
