Ahhhh...Press It, and Squat It Real Good 04/02/15

You'll forgive me if I don't remember all the weights and counts. It was never ending.
Warm up: twists 30x, quad/hip hold 30 seconds each leg, touch touch/reach 30x
Goblet squat 45lb 5x (?)
Presses: bar 10x
Box squats: bar 10x (?)
Presses: 55lb. 10x
Box squats: wt? 10x (?)
Presses: went up to 85lbs. 3x fast
Squats (no box) wt? 3x
Presses made it progressively up to 95lbs 3x then back down to I think 65lbs 5x
Squats: empty bar 20x
Dumbbell bench press on a ball: 20lb 20x
Goblet squat: 45lb kettlebell 5x
Ball bench (lol): 15lb 20x
Goblet: 45lb. 5x
Ball bench: 10lb 20x
Goblet: 45lb 5x
Ball bench: 8lb 20x
Goblet 45lb 10x
Superman stretch with straps 5x, Fat guy pull ups with straps 5x, hanging knee raises 5x. Did those 3 things 6x
I need to do a better job at remembering the weights and reps and such. It looks chaotic here, but it's really not. Lol
