Back at the Gym 2/24/15

Thought I'd keep track of my gym stuff here, just because. Lol this is a 3rd or 4th session.
Did some weighted reverse hypers, and leg curls, a few back raises/rows. Some weird plate push things lol and some exercises that were like ab wheels only with a barbell. Then did some between the leg pulls with a band paired with hanging shoulder shrugs (I shall do a pull up, dammit!)
Then came my timed presses and deadlifts. 30 seconds to do as many as I could. 3 sets of each.
presses: 10, 8, 9
Deads: 9, 11 and I forget what the last one was.
Then circus dumbell presses 3 on each shoulder, running the rack, starting with 20lbs. Only made it to 35lbs. :(
Then ran the rack with goblet squats 3 each weight. I made it up to 80lbs. I tried 100lb but couldn't do it. Not a bad night. A little disappointed with myself, but proud that I gave it all that I had.
