Back to Basics 06/04/15

KETTLEBELLS!!!
One arm swings/cleans/clean & press/snatch
20lb 10x ea arm of ea movement 2 sets
35lb 10x ea arm...except snatches I went back to 20lb.
Kept my focus on staying tight and in control of each movement and paid close attention to the negative portions of the move as well. 
Comrade! I'm not a sissy! Lol
