Squats squats and more squats
Box Squats : 50lb on the bar, so what's that about 95ish total?
10,6, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps with 10 air squats in between each.
Free Squats: just the bar 5x then 10 hanging knee raises from the squat rack to strengthen grip ( that sucked ass ). Did that nonsense 5x
50lb dumbell squat, come up, then down and drop the weight and come up into a box jump. 3x
Chains : I guess they're 6' or 7' lengths of heavy tow chain. Holding them at shoulder height, go into a squat and come up into a press. 5x
Between the dumbell / chain combo, I did that 5 times? Lol I forget.
Then the core exercises: leg lifts with a medicine ball. They bested me tonight because my back gave out. I felt disappointed in that, but I'll improve there. It's a double edged sword: have to strengthen the core to help the back, but some of the core stuff hurts my back. Ugh. One step at a time. Overall, I'm proud of myself tonight. I feel like I'm getting stronger, and I like that. WOOT WOOT! :)
