I tried doing presses with the bar but my feckin shoulder just will not let me. Floor presses are fine, kb presses are fine, but overhead press with a bar is a no go.
I did this challenge last year with a 35lb bell. The men's version of this challenge calls for a 55lb bell, so I guess I'm manly. \m/ \m/
