Just One More And You Can Quit 06/29/15

Squats, Snatches, 1 Leg DL, Vert Swing, Flr. Press
SET 1:
45lb 20x, 20lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 20lb ea hand 15x
SET 2:
50lb 10x, 20lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 20lb 15x
SET 3:
50lb 10x, 20lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 20lb 25x
SET 4:
50lb 20x, 20lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 20lb 30x
SET 5:
50lb 25x, 20lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 35lb 10x, 20lb 3x
Goes without saying the 1 leg DL were 10x on ea leg. I kept the weight light on the snatches because my shoulders were still a but sore from pulling them with my KB the other day. Not a stellar performance by any means tonight. I had to keep telling myself "just one more set and then you can quit". Some days you're lucky to get moving, and today was one of those days. So at least I got an hour's worth of movement and conditioning. It's better than sitting on my ass eating candy. ;)
