What Sprained Ankle? 08/05/15

120lb sand bag lifts 5x, Push Press 45lb 5x ea arm, 3 min of push ups (35), 3 min of body wt squats (90)
120 lb lift w/5 squats 5x, Push Press 35lb 5x, 3 min of pushups (40), 3 min of squats (104)
120lb lift w/5 squats, Push Press 35lb 5x
35lb KB swings 15x, Push Ups 5x, 35lb goblet squats 5x.
Did the swings, pushups and squats 6x
I had to stop the lifts because even with my arms wrapped, the scabs were getting torn off. I had my ankle wrapped because it was still a bit sore, but it was bothering the arch of my foot more than it was helping me so I took it off. We'll see if it hurts later. It feels ok right now.

Ham and cheese omelet, coffee, 1/2 gallon water, ham and cheese sandwich, granola bar, banana, small snack bag of cheetos, bag of raisinettes.
