I have no idea how I shaved 6 minutes off of yesterday's time. I truly thought that I would be slower. I guess I just got into a good rhythm, found my zone and stayed there. Everything feels pretty good. I was feeling slightly more fatigue in my grip and my shoulders tonight. I was going to foam roll before I came up from the basement, but I forgot to. Maybe I'll go back down or maybe just get in some stretching before bed. Right now, it's dinner time.
