Christmas In June 06/09/15

My uncle brought me presents from the junk yard tonight! 2 50lb dumbells, a 45 lb, and adjustable 45lb and An adjustable 40lb. NEW TOYS!!!
warm up stretches
35lb one arm swings 10x 3 (ea arm)
Sots Press 20lb kettlebell 5x 3 (ea arm)
Farmer's Carry 50lb ea hand 179' lap 3x
Dumbell Press 40lb 5x (ea arm)
Dumbell deadlift 100lb total 10x 3
Sots press 20lb 5x 3 (ea arm)
35lb one arm swings 10x 3 (ea arm)
First time doing the Sots presses and they were tough! A great workout for shoulders, legs and core, I definitely want to work on getting the weight up on those. The dumbell presses I was excited for. I tried the 50's but couldn't do it. I was still surprised that I was able to do the 40lb because that had been a struggle before. I managed to do one press with the 45lb DB, so I know the 50 isn't that far off. 
I felt the excitement again tonight. It's the feeling of possibilities, and goals in sight. I'm covered in rust, dirt and sweat and I couldn't be happier. :)
