Warm up stretches. My back was a little tight so I stopped halfway through the workout and did some extra stretches there too.
Shrugs: 100lb total 30x
Farmer's Carry: 100lb total 179' 3x
Bent rows: 20lb, 35, 40, 45, 50. Did a ladder up & down 1-5
One Leg Step Ups: 35lb, 40, 45, 50 5x ea leg
Standing Tricep Ext.: 10lb 20x, 20lb 10x 35lb 5x
Did the rows, step ups and triceps 2x.
Direct sun saps your feckin energy. But I had my water jug with me and my determination. My drive is back and I like it.
