Personal Best 04/0715



Box jumps: 24" 3x

Presses: empty bar 10x

Did those a total of 8x

In between were Deads started with empty bar for 10x, 135lbs 5x, 175lbs 3x, 185lbs 3x, 195lbs 1x. Tried for 205lbs. But couldn't do it. I may have forgotten a couple of sets in there...I can't remember. Lol


Then moved to 8lb. Flys 20x



Bent over row/fly: 10lbs 10 of each movement per arm (20 movements per arm)

Sandbag burpee: 5x

Medicine ball throw: 10x

Did those three things 3x



Wtd. leg curls on the reverse hyper machine: 20x

Ab wheel: 10x

Toe touch/side leg lift: 20x each leg (ankle weights)

Did that set 2x



an extra 20 wtd. leg curls



Hanging knee raises, weighted, front/left/right: 10x
