Squats & Ladders 04/0915

Warm up: the usual suspects, twists, jumping jax, scorpion stretches, toe touch/ reach, etc.
Farmer's walk / shrugs: 45lb dumbbells, total of 50 shrugs (I think)
Sets of squats / bench / band face pulls:
Squats empty bar sets of 10 3x (?), 95lbs sets of 3 3x
Back down to empty bar for max. That ended up being 15x
Benches: ladder up from empty bar up to a max of 105lbs for 1x, then ladder back down again. Changed the grip from wide to mid to narrow did a few that way lol
Band pulls: black band, face pulls 10x total of maybe 50, pink band, holding with thumb and forefinger 20x for a total of 40, overhead triceps pulls with black band 20x for a total of 40.
Inclined dumbell bench: 15lb 5x, 20lb 5x, 25lb 5x

Rows: 45lb kettlebell 5x
Step ups: 45lb kettlebell 5x (each leg)
Box squats: 45lb kettlebell 5x
Did that set 5x
