The gym that I train at offers strength/conditioning classes, so when I can, I decided I would fill in some of the days with that. Tonight was 5 rounds of the following:
12lb wall ball x20
Bent over row (empty bar) x16
45lb KB deadlift/Hugh pull x20
Standing Russian twists (empty bar) x16
20lb DB snatch/squat x20
Burpees x16
