Back At It

     Nothing truly noteworthy happened during deads tonight, but I'm going to make note of it all anyhow. Let's get right to the ho-hum details.

     Like I said, nothing crazy went down. I'm still plugging along trying to get my lifts stronger but they don't seem to be budging much. I'm also keeping my deadlifts with a standard grip so I can get my hands stronger too. That's why my sets were x3, x1 and x1. It's not because my legs and back are giving out, it's my hands. If I used a mixed grip, I can bang out 5 at 199lb no problem. 
     In some good news, I got another really good night of sleep last night. Those ear plugs really are helping me out. I can't tell you, what a good feeling it is to sleep. If you want to check them out, you can click here. They're definitely worth the $25.
