I'm fairly pleased with the presses. They felt solid anyhow. Still not very strong on them, but I haven't been doing them much, in all honesty. The shoulder accessories felt good too and I didn't have any weird clicking or popping feelings. I'm still not doing heavy laterals though. I'm not chancing it.
I kept the weight low on the squats and just did sets of 10, playing with speed and tempo. Same thing on everything I did today - slow and focused. Even with the low weight, my knees are pissed and I've already had to quiet them down with some ibuprofen. I can't wait for tomorrow. Going up and down stairs to do laundry should be a blast. Keep me in your thoughts. And while you're thinking, throw in a quick prayer to save me from these sugar cravings because Imma lose my shit. I'm jonesing hard for some NECCO wafers right now. I'm strong, but am I strong enough to resist the call of sweet confection perfection?
